• How do we collect Personal Data?

  We may collect Personal Data from you offline, such as when you visit one of our managed properties, make a reservation over the phone, contact customer service, or engage with us during face-to-face events.

  When making a reservation or using TAUZIA services it is necessary to have information in order to identify you, contact you and to process your purchase and requests. This information usually includes your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card number and expiration date, and language preference. It may also include, if you choose to share that information with us, your preferences regarding the delivery of your service such as type of room, type of bed, and the like. You may wish to have your purchase of TAUZIA services recognized in a third party's loyalty program with which TAUZIA has a relationship. To do so will require you providing us certain verification information such as your membership number in the third party program. We also offer special discounts from time to time that may have qualifying criteria.Sometimes we offer special offers to, for example, seniors or for children. To assess your eligibility and process your reservation correctly, we need to record your date of birth at the time of booking. You may be required to provide personal identification with your date of birth in order to verify this upon check-in.

  TAUZIA is a family of management companies that manage hotels for third party owners. Your Personal Data is shared with the third party owner of the hotel where you intend to stay and those of its employees involved in delivering the service to you to the extent necessary for them to do so and to process the transaction. All hotels that are managed by TAUZIA are required to agree to abide by the terms of this Policy.

  From time to time, we offer packages or other services that involve third parties.If you are partaking of such a package or service, your Personal Data will be shared with that third party to the extent necessary to provide that service and process the purchase or request.

  TAUZIA may use the information you provide to send you offers and information about TAUZIA services and those of select third parties. Your information will not be given to these third parties but rather the offer of the third party will be provided to TAUZIA which will manage the distribution.

  As a customer of TAUZIA Hotels you have the opportunity to belong to its loyalty program, MTP. MTP is designed to deliver a higher level of personalization and service, additional personal information will be required. Membership is voluntary. By choosing to enroll you have consented to the supply of and use of your Personal Data as more

When you log on to the public Wi-Fi network, whether from a mobile or desktop browser, using your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin or Google account, your account automatically connects to the TAUZIA Wi-Fi interface.

  You can remove the connection between the TAUZIA Wi-Fi interface and your account by visiting the settings and preferences section of your account.

  Information provided to us in such a fashion will be used solely for the purpose of recording your comments, communicating with you in respect of them, reviewing them with the subject hotel and hotel personnel, for the purposes of recognizing employees for excellence of service delivery and for developing improvements in service delivery.

  To sign up for this service we require you to provide us with your e-mail address, first name, last name, language preference, and country of residence. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided on every email message and you will no longer receive email offers and promotions for the specified subscription or website, as the case may be.   • Your Personal Data may, for the purposes described above, be transferred or disclosed ('Disclose') to any company within TAUZIA and affiliated / associated companies ('TAUZIA’) wherever located in the world in whichever different jurisdiction they may operate, depending on which company within the TAUZIA can best provide the information requested or products and services sought.
  • TAUZIA will not disclose your Personal Data to outside third parties which are not part of the TAUZIA. Where a third party processes your Personal Data on behalf of the TAUZIA then such processing will be governed by a contract in the form required by law.
  • The Personal Data that you provide in connection with Online Registration, Guest Book and TAUZIA is protected in several ways.
  • Your information is encrypted when traveling over the Internet.
  • Access by you to this Personal Data stored in MTP is available through your MTP User ID and a Password. We strongly recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.
  • Your information is stored on a secure server that resides behind a firewall after your information reaches TAUZIA.
  • The firewall is designed to block access to this Personal Data from outside the TAUZIA.
  • Inside TAUZIA only selected TAUZIA staff and contractors have access to the server via their Password.
  • Your Personal Data will only be kept for such periods as is permissible by law.
  • Where TAUZIA no longer requires your Personal Data for any of the Services it may permanently erase your Personal Data without prior notification.
• Retention of Your Personal Data
  • You may at any time request the TAUZIA to make available a copy of your Personal Data. You have the right to access, update, and change, correct or delete your Personal Data and preferences at any time.
  • You are able to amend certain Personal Data yourself. This can be accomplished by logging into your profile with your User ID and your Password, changing the appropriate information and submitting the modified form (please follow the instructions on the Websites). Your access to this Personal Data should be provided at any time, except in case of disruption of our servers.
  • If you would like to review, correct, update, suppress, restrict or delete Personal Data that you have previously provided to us, or if you would like to receive an electronic copy of your Personal Data, you can contact us at privacy@tauzia.com.
    In your request, please make clear what Personal Data you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Data suppressed from our database, or other limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Data. For your protection, we only fulfill requests for the Personal Data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
    Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or reservation, or enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Data provided until after the completion of such purchase, reservation, or promotion). There may also be residual information that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed.
