Everyone knows that the wedding party is a special and happy moment for those newlyweds nor the family. In fact, many of us are willing to pour some huge amount of money to run this event that is in accordance with their wishes.

Unfortunately, sometimes there are things that we likely forget to consider when deciding on the location of the wedding, which made some guests feel uncomfortable. Some of these are:

The number of guests

The number of guests invited is usually used as a basis for determining the number of servings of food to be ordered. But don't forget, the number of guests should also be taken into consideration when choosing a wedding location, especially if held indoors. When the size of the hall chosen is not too large while the number of guests and families who come is quite a lot, you can imagine how complicated the conditions will be. But when the opposite happens, that is, the hall space is bigger than the number of guests who come, the results will also not be good. These conditions will make the wedding appear to be attended by only a few guests even though almost all the guests come.

Parking lot

It is pretty common that nowadays, many guests use their own cars or motorbikes to attend the event instead of using public transportation. That's why as an organizer, you need to check the availability of the parking lot spaces.

Family does matter

Maybe it seems "less-important", but apparently this stuff is highly recommended for you to have attention on it. Yes, family does matter, and it becomes more important in terms of if you invite your senior family member. To solve this problem, you can choose the venue that has 'family-friendly' specifications. For example: it has an elevator, dedicated room for family to take a rest,  and others.
